Stranded in Miami, flight to London (and our promised access to Cuckoo Club) canceled. We shuffled back to the lounge (airline name omitted because we do love them) to sulk and came face-to-face with a fellow strandee: tall, honey-blonde, wearing a rather plain-looking tank top.

Then she turned and knocked us back 200 feet: wrapping her back was an intricate, dazzling, audacious embroidery. Colorful and sparkling it had a design that recalled a butterfly, a flower, or just a trippy dream. Pure delight, truly elegant with just a hint of over-the-top.
